By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

This website offers two distinct pathways:

1. Personal Use (Prescription Required)
   Prescription-based products that require completion of a medical screening with a licensed third-party provider.
2. Research Use (Laboratory Only)
   Products offered strictly for laboratory research purposes and not for human or animal use.

These pathways are separate and independent, and different terms apply to each.

Medical Screening

• Prescription-based products require completion of a medical screening

• Medical services are provided by licensed third-party providers

• Prescription eligibility and dosage are determined by the licensed provider

No Guarantee of Approval

Prescription approval is not guaranteed. Eligibility, dosage, and treatment duration are determined solely by the licensed provider based on the medical screening.

Telehealth Consent

By proceeding with any Personal Use (Prescription Required) service, you acknowledge and agree that medical screening and provider consultations are conducted via telehealth by licensed third-party providers. Your participation in telehealth services is governed by our Telehealth Consent, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at:

You must review and affirmatively accept the Telehealth Consent prior to completing medical screening.

Pricing & Payment

• Prescription products require review and approval by a licensed third-party provider.
• Payment is submitted prior to medical screening and provider review. No prescription medication is dispensed or shipped without licensed provider approval.
• If a prescription is not approved, the medication portion of the order is refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Research Use products:

• Are not prescription medications
• Are not approved for human or animal use
• Are intended solely for laboratory research

By purchasing Research Use products, you agree:

• To use products strictly for research purposes
• Not to represent products as medical or therapeutic
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel research orders if misuse is suspected.

• Pricing for prescription-based products includes the required medical screening and provider review.
• If a prescription is not approved, the medication portion of the order is refunded and a $39 screening fee is retained to cover the completed provider review.
• All applicable fees are disclosed prior to payment. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
• By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for applicable fees.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent research products as medical or therapeutic
• Attempt to bypass screening or eligibility requirements
• Interfere with website functionality or security

Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

By providing your phone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive automated and non-automated SMS and MMS messages from Texas Star Labs, operated by Dermasculpt MD LLC, including messages sent on our behalf by authorized service providers.

Message Types

SMS communications may include, but are not limited to:

• Medical screening status updates

• Licensed provider communications related to eligibility or prescriptions

• Order, billing, and account notifications

• Appointment reminders or follow-ups (if applicable)

• Customer support communications

• Promotional or marketing messages only if you have separately opted in

Consent and Opt-In

Consent to receive SMS messages is collected through clear disclosures and affirmative opt-in actions, including but not limited to:

• Checkout flows

• Screening or intake forms

Opt-in requires an explicit action, such as selecting a checkbox or submitting a form with SMS consent language present.

Message Frequency and Charges

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Opt-Out and Help

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.

Research Use SMS Limitation

SMS communications will not promote, advertise, or represent Research Use (Laboratory Only) products as medical, therapeutic, or intended for human or animal use.

Privacy and Data Use

Your phone number and SMS consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

SMS data may be shared only with authorized service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering communications and supporting our services.
