This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through Texas Star Labs, operated by Dermasculpt MD LLC.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All prescription-based products require medical screening and evaluation by a licensed third-party healthcare provider.

Each prescription request is reviewed individually. If multiple prescription products are requested, each may require its own screening and eligibility determination.

Once a prescription is approved and fulfillment is initiated:

• Orders are non-refundable
• Returns are not accepted
• Refunds are not issued for unused or partially used medication

This policy exists due to safety, regulatory, and handling standards applicable to prescription medications.

If a licensed provider determines that a prescription is not appropriate:

• No medication is dispensed
• The medication portion of the order is refunded
• A $39 medical screening fee is retained to cover the completed provider evaluation

The screening fee:

• Applies only if a screening is completed
• Covers licensed provider review and eligibility determination
• Does not guarantee prescription approval

Research Use products are offered exclusively for laboratory research purposes.

• Research product orders are final
• Research products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped
• Refunds are not issued for orders that do not comply with stated research-only use requirements

If you receive an incorrect item or experience shipping damage, you must contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon review, Texas Star Labs may, at its discretion:

• Replace the affected item, or
• Issue store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on the issue and supporting documentation.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this Refund Policy.

Customers are encouraged to contact support prior to initiating disputes.

Accounts may be restricted if excessive disputes or misuse are identified.

Texas Star Labs reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated policy is published.
