• Research Use (Laboratory Only)

Each pathway follows different regulatory requirements and is intentionally kept separate.

No. Texas Star Labs does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All medical services - including screening, prescription eligibility, and approval - are provided exclusively by licensed third-party healthcare providers.

Yes. All Personal Use products require:

• Completion of a medical screening
• Review by a licensed healthcare provider
• Provider approval before any medication is dispensed

Medical screening is conducted by a licensed third-party provider and is included in the total price shown at checkout.

If a prescription is approved, the order proceeds to fulfillment through licensed pharmacy partners.

If a prescription is not approved, no medication is dispensed and $39 of the total payment is retained to cover the completed provider review and eligibility determination. The remaining medication portion is refunded.

Yes. Each prescription request requires its own licensed provider review.

The price shown for each medication at checkout already includes the required medical screening and provider evaluation for that specific prescription. Screening fees cannot be combined across multiple medications.

If a prescription is not approved, no medication is dispensed and the medication portion of that order is refunded. A $39 medical screening fee is retained to cover the completed provider review.

Yes. The price shown at checkout includes the required medical screening and licensed provider evaluation. If approved, it also includes prescription processing and shipping as shown during checkout.

Yes. If your prescription is approved, the price shown at checkout includes medication handling and standard shipping through our licensed pharmacy partners.

Yes. Before checkout, three-month prescription cycles are offered at approximately a 10% discount compared to equivalent 30-day options.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If a prescription request is not approved, the medication portion of the order is refunded and the $39 medical screening fee is retained. If approved and fulfillment is initiated, prescription medications are non-refundable.

Research Use pricing reflects:

• No medical screening
• No provider oversight
