Texas Star Labs provides access to prescription-based peptides and compounds through licensed U.S. healthcare providers via telehealth.

All Personal Use prescriptions are evaluated and approved exclusively by licensed providers and dispensed through licensed pharmacy partners.

Texas Star Labs does not provide medical care or make prescription decisions. Our role is to make the process clear, structured, and compliant so you know exactly what to expect before you begin.

The process is designed to be fast and convenient and typically takes only a few minutes.

Medication Pricing & Payment

Prescription products offered through the Personal Use pathway require evaluation by a licensed provider.

The price shown includes medical screening, provider review, prescription processing, and shipping if approved. There are no hidden or additional fees.

Pricing varies based on the medication, prescribed dosage, and supply duration, as determined during the provider evaluation.

What Happens Before Payment

Before proceeding, you will:

• Complete a brief eligibility questionnaire
• Confirm that prescription screening is appropriate for you

What Happens After Payment

Your payment covers the required medical screening and licensed provider evaluation.

After completing checkout, you will be directed to a secure video visit with a licensed healthcare provider. During this visit, the provider will review your information, verify your eligibility, and determine whether a prescription is appropriate.

Prescription products are issued and fulfilled only if approved by the licensed provider. If not approved, no medication is dispensed and the medication portion of the order is refunded.

All Personal Use orders include a required medical screening conducted by a licensed third-party provider via video consultation.

If a prescription is approved:

• The prescription is issued
• Fulfillment and shipping are initiated
• Order confirmation and tracking number are provided

If a prescription is not approved:

• The medication portion of the order is refunded
• A $39 medical screening fee is retained to cover the completed licensed provider evaluation.

The screening fee:

• Covers the licensed provider’s review and evaluation
• Applies only if the screening is completed
• Does not guarantee approval or prescription issuance
